Rescue Operation

We found an orphan wild boar baby. Alone, it would have been eaten right away. Sebastian wrapped it in a warm blanket and brought it to the farm. 

The kids named it Corn-Cinderella and feed it with a bottle. 

The red hen adopted it, letting its adoptive baby hugs and kisses her.

Muscovy Duck Hen

Our new product, the Muscovy duck hen is a smaller version of of the muscovy duck, and is ideal for a family of 4. As usual it is corn fed and the meat is tender and delicate.
You can just roast it in the oven with salt and pepper and a little bit of olive oil. It is also suitable for more elaborate recipe.
